Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as a dormant account. A monthly administration fee of RM10 or the current balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the dormant account balance after a notice has been sent to the registered email address.
X168 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysia payment methods: FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and standard bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your x168 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not allowed.
X168 enforces a strict third-party funds policy. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third-party source will be held for investigation. If confirmed, the account in question will be suspended and the funds returned to their original source.
All bonuses and promotions offered by x168 are subject to the rollover/turnover requirements stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met.
The rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be processed.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session — including loss of internet connection, server failure, or other technical issues — x168 will use system records to determine the outcome of the affected session. Decisions made based on system records are final.
X168 reserves the right to change odds, suspend markets, or void bets in exceptional circumstances, such as events affecting the integrity of a game, obvious odds-setting errors, or results not yet officially confirmed by the relevant governing body.
